easyXAFS 300+

The NSC User Facility is equipped with an easyXAFS 300+, which is capable of high-powered XAFS data collection for rapid measurements and high efficiency x-ray emission spectroscopy (XES) without the need for a synchrotron.

To gain access to this instrument in order to run samples in person, please check to see if your PI has filled out the NSC User Agreement. If your PI has completed an NSC User Agreement, then please click the button below to request access/schedule training. Please note that there are additional requirements for training, access, sample submission, and analysis of radioactive samples.

Facility personnel are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Access to the facility is limited to trained instrument users.
