Please use this form to inform the NUCS Core Facility staff of any non-urgent problems that occur within the NUCS Core Facility. We will get to the issue when we can.

If your sample got stuck inside the instrument, please leave a note on the instrument saying “OUT OF ORDER: SAMPLE STUCK INSIDE”, fill out the problem report, and call Zach Heiden at (509)335-0936.

Give a complete description of the problem and what you observed. Sometimes the problem can be diagnosed remotely.
